Leasing Consultant (Seasonal) - Skyline Apts - Atlanta, GA
Join us as a Leasing Consultant (Seasonal) at Skyline Apts in Atlanta, GA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing excellent service and creating a welcoming community.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage prospects, residents, and guests both in-person and via phone.
- Schedule and conduct property tours, and interview prospective residents.
- Address questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process resident applications, review screening results, renew leases, and prepare rental agreements.
- Inspect property conditions, coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure standards are met.
- Maintain organized resident files and records.
- Report issues to the Community Manager or Leasing Manager.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy with residents, vendors, contractors, and staff.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
- Assist with resident activities and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High energy and positive attitude to foster a great team environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, or similar fields.
- Ability to work well with others, including staff, vendors, and residents.
- High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
- Fluent in reading and writing English; basic math skills required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Effective time management skills.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Customer service-oriented with assertiveness.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Yardi, Resman, or similar software is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Background check, credit check, drug screening, and employment verification required.
