Job description

Star Club Apartments is seeking a Full-Time bilingual Leasing Agent to help market and lease apartments for our property to prospective residents. You will also be responsible for providing resident services in a professional and courteous manner.

Skills and Common Tasks:

• Lease apartments and promote the property's amenities, products, and services to prospects
• Process applications for Tax Credit apartments
• Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls, and conduct property tours
• Collect deposits and/or fees associated with move-in
• Inspect units quarterly and prior to move-in
• Assist with planning and hosting resident events
• Assist residents with the move-out process

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, leasing, or property management required
• Ability and willingness to work Saturdays

Requirements: At least 1 year leasing experience; RealPage software knowledge preferred; must be able to work Saturdays
