Job summary

Winterwood, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent in Charlotte to drive occupancy and deliver exceptional resident service. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and at least one year of residential leasing experience.

You will market available units, conduct tours, process applications, and maintain accurate tenant records using our property management system. The position offers a 40-hour week, a $19 hourly wage, and a path for advancement.

Winterwood, Inc. is hiring for the role of Bilingual Leasing Agent. As a BilingualLeasing Agent, you will drive property marketing and leasing efforts to ensure high occupancy and happy residents.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Compensation: $19.00 per hour

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual Required: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Experience: At least 1 year of residential housing or apartment leasing experience required.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong computer proficiency and comfort learning property management systems.
• Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational Skills: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize daily duties, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: High level of customer service orientation and a collaborative mindset.
• Requirements: Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background check.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Occupancy & Community Outreach: Proactively market available units through local community partnerships, active social media updates, and local event posting. Conduct engaging apartment tours and assist in forecasting move-outs to consistently maintain target occupancy levels.
• Guide Applicants: Screen prospective residents to determine eligibility, guide them through the application journey, and execute required compliance paperwork.
• Maintain Quality Records: Ensure precise, complete, and confidential tenant files in accordance with leasing guidelines.
• Deliver Top-Tier Service: Serve as a primary point of contact, building positive relationships with team members, residents, and prospective tenants.
