Winterwood, Inc. is hiring a Leasing Agent to oversee leasing and marketing of properties. The role ensures target occupancy and requires strong customer service and computer skills.

Work is full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours weekly, with a starting compensation of $18.00 per hour. The position includes benefits such as a sign-on bonus, 401(k) with matching, comprehensive health and life insurance, paid time off, referral programs, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience leasing apartments or similar property units.
• Proficient with computers and standard software.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication with residents, staff, and vendors.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to travel to Lexington, KY for training.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing process and market the property.
• Show available units to prospective residents.
• Assist in projecting move-outs to maintain target occupancy.
• Screen applicants for eligibility.
• Complete lease paperwork and ensure leasing guidelines compliance.
• Maintain accurate tenant files.
• Perform other related tasks.
• Collaborate with staff and vendors as needed.
