Job summary

Breckenridge Grand Vacations is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to drive employee development, orientation, and bilingual training sessions in English and Spanish. This in-office role focuses on sustaining our Sharing Smiles culture and ensuring accurate training delivery for a guest-focused resort team.

You will manage the LMS, coordinate schedules, collaborate with HR and leaders, and support engagement initiatives, with occasional travel or remote work as required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required (spoken and written).
• Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with 2+ years experience.
• Experience with training and/or performance coaching strongly preferred.
• Experience operating LMS and web-based management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and present weekly new employee orientation in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain records of training activities, attendance, progress, and completion; follow up as needed.
• Create monthly training calendars and coordinate trainers, materials and facilities.
• Facilitate training including leadership development and customer service curriculum.
• Maintain the LMS and assist others in its use.
