Job summary

Tangent Technologies, LLC. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and develop a high-performing team on a rotating two-week schedule.

You will oversee production targets, coordinate with sales and planning, manage staffing, mentor staff, and enforce policies, with a focus on lean improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-year or 4-year technical degree preferred.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates a safety-first, high-performance, and team-oriented culture.
• Manages direct reports, including selection, development, mentoring, and performance management.
• Enforces PPE and safety guidelines for all shift personnel.
• Oversees production quotas and schedules to meet standards.
• Coordinates with sales and planning to satisfy customer expectations.
• Partners with Maintenance and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Maintains plant housekeeping and safe, orderly operations.
