JDR Enterprises is seeking a bilingual Production Supervisor in Madison, GA to lead a team of production staff and temporary associates. You will provide hands-on technical leadership to ensure safety, quality, and productivity while meeting daily production goals.

Responsibilities include assigning daily duties, training, coaching, troubleshooting, and collaborating with management to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and staff performance. fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience, preferably in an extrusion manufacturing facility.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• 3–5 years of experience working in a team environment.
• Knowledge of JDR products and manufacturing processes preferred.
• Ability to supervise a team and troubleshoot production issues with minimal direction.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer/internet use.
• Reliable and flexible, able to supervise shifts as required by business needs.
• Strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate, read, and write effectively in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Assigns and directs daily job duties for assigned team members.
• Trains or oversees the training of newly hired or newly assigned employees.
• Provides additional training as required, including cross‑training where applicable.
• Provides coaching, guidance, and support to staff.
• Troubleshoots process issues and collaborates with management to identify improvements and solutions.
• Works with management to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity.
• Coordinates with the shipping department to resolve packaging and quality concerns.
• Audits employee performance to ensure compliance with guidelines and procedures.
• Recommends staff for promotional opportunities and disciplinary actions when appropriate.
• Audits the performance of temporary associates and makes staffing recommendations.
• Assists with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and reduce costs.
• Collaborates with management to improve metrics and staff performance.
• Maintains a safe and orderly work environment and operates forklifts as needed.
