Job summary

Acuity is looking for a Supervisor at their Indiana Production Facility, the largest manufacturing site in the USA. This role includes supervising 30-50 hourly employees, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity in compliance with Lean principles.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, a High School diploma, and supervisory experience. They will also be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, adapting to shifts, and ensuring performance. Bilingual candidates (English & Spanish) are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a high volume manufacturing environment.
• 2 years or 1 previous supervisory experience in production.
• Experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 30-50 hourly employees in manufacturing.
