Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Korean bilingual Supply Chain Analyst for a fully onsite position in Plano, TX. The role focuses on demand planning, allocation, and timely delivery to customers, leveraging SAP and advanced Excel skills.

You will input weekly forecasts, track orders, and maintain PSI/SCP processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and scheduling. Fluency in Korean and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3–4 years of experience in supply chain, data analysis, and logistics operation
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and advanced Excel functions
• Bilingual Korean and English required; proficiency in SAP is expected

Responsibilities

• Proceed PSI/SCP activities to ensure on time right quantity allocation and delivery to customer
• Input weekly AP2 forecast to maximize product allocation by each account and by site
• Track weekly order received by customer and process and manage customer order to meet on time delivery
• Operate logistics order process such as diversion and stock transfer
• Publish daily/weekly operating report (PSI/SCP)
• Develop and maintain accurate short-term (6 months) demand forecasts for assigned product category (audio products)
• Manage and operate weekly demand forecast by SKU/site level and provide customer order commitment
• Collaborate with Product Management, Business Management, Sales, and Operations teams to understand new product launches and adjust forecasts
• Monitor inventory levels and develop strategies to balance inventory investment against service level targets
