Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• HR certificate preferred
• Bilingual in Korean and English

Responsibilities

• Post job postings, screen and interview applicants
• Identify benchmark and implement benefits program
• Orient new employees (Filing & Onboarding)
• Coordinate regular trainings (sexual harassment training)
• Maintain HRIS and update employee roster
• Serve as liaison between departments and employees; interpret and administer contracts and help resolve work-related problems
• Handle HR documentation
