Job summary

Tortillas Inc. in North Las Vegas is seeking a bilingual kitchen worker to help ensure the quality and safety of all produce and prepared foods. You will follow recipes, maintain sanitary stations, and assist with packaging and labeling for safe shipment to our warehouse.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in environments that may be hot or loud. Health card and weekly FDA/SNHD training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain food quality.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to food safety and cleanliness.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity and highest quality of all produce and foods used in packaging, cutting, or cooking.
• Maintain clean and sanitary workstations, equipment, and utensils before and after use.
• Follow FDA and SNHD regulations with weekly training refreshers.
• Arrange packed, sealed, and labeled products for quick, safe shipment to our warehouse.
• Follow recipes to ensure food integrity and quality and support operational efficiency.
• Assist with other duties as directed by management.
