Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate tortilla production machinery (mixers, presses, ovens, conveyors, packaging).
• Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes and specs.
• Monitor equipment and production processes for proper operation.
• Inspect tortillas for size, shape, color, texture, weight, and overall quality.
• Package, label, and stack finished products for shipment.
