The role includes training on our ordering system and QuickBooks to link orders to routing for drivers.

The position requires clear communication with drivers and sales reps, daily log maintenance, and collaboration with department managers to ensure accurate daily orders and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; basic computing skills.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Health card and basic health training.
• Comfortable in hot/cold/wet/noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders by phone, email, in person, or text.
• Maintain daily logs to report discrepancies and prevent errors.
• Communicate with drivers, sales reps and department managers for order coordination.
• Provide training on our ordering system and QuickBooks.
