Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily intake operations and ensure timely handling of leads.
• Monitor team performance, response times, and lead conversion rates.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and coaching of intake staff.
• Ensure adherence to intake scripts and follow-up protocols.
• Monitor incoming leads and calls to minimize missed opportunities.
• Address escalated calls and client concerns related to intake.
• Prepare performance reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Provide coverage and assist with scheduling when needed.
