Job summary

Avrek Law Firm’s Intake department seeks a bilingual Intake Attorney to guide clients through the early stages of personal injury cases. This full-time role requires Spanish fluency, a JD, and an active AZ bar license.

You will serve as a liaison between clients and legal teams, explain procedures, verify information, and ensure a smooth transition from intake to case management with compassionate, clear client service.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active AZ bar license.
• Prior experience in personal injury law is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathetic, patient, and adept at handling sensitive client situations.
• Experience in client relationship management or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the first 30 days of their case as it transitions from intake to case management.
• Handle client/attorney introduction calls, welcome the client and verify information gathered during intake.
• Prevent sub-outs by managing client expectations and addressing inquiries during the intake process.
• Review client files, documents, and evidence to assist with case strategy and preparation.
• Assist intake to identify unsuitable cases or potential conflicts of interest.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure efficient case progression.
• Manage Client Success case workers to ensure timely resolution of cases.
• Ensure clients are satisfied with the service throughout the legal process.

We are seeking an Intake Attorney to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and successful experience throughout their legal journey.

As an Attorney in our Intake department, you will act as a key liaison between our clients and legal teams, ensuring that clients’ needs are met, questions are answered, and the overall legal process is smooth. You will work directly with clients to explain legal procedures, manage case progress, provide updates, and ensure that clients remain well-informed and confident in their case. This role requires an individual with both legal expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
