Job summary

PAJ, Inc (Prime Art & Jewel) seeks a Jewelry Product Development Coordinator to drive end-to-end jewelry projects from concept to sample approval. The role requires daily coordination with overseas factories and internal teams to ensure accurate specifications, timelines, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in product development, strong MS Office skills, and bilingual English/Chinese abilities.

Qualifications

1–2 years in product development or project coordination.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with overseas manufacturers preferred.
Jewelry industry experience preferred but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office software.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end jewelry product development from concept to sample approval.
Communicate daily with overseas factories regarding samples, specs, timelines.
Maintain WIP reports, calendars, and sample tracking records.
Monitor timelines and follow up to meet deadlines.
Review design drawings and CAD renderings for specs match.
Document discrepancies and communicate corrections to factory.
Collaborate with design, sales, merchandising and product teams.
Maintain organized files with specs, pricing, images.
Take meeting notes and follow through on action items.
Identify delays and escalate issues.
