Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years’ experience in employee support, HR operations, or a coordination role.
• Advanced verbal and written proficiency in Japanese for daily business communication with Inpats.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and support data changes.
• Produce regular and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards to support decision making.
• Support HR system updates, data reconciliation, and testing during implementations.
• Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks and processes.
• Administer performance review processes and track completion.
