Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Business Technology Support & Migration Analyst (Japanese/English bilingual) in New York, NY to support users through platform migrations.

Role includes training, bilingual documentation, issue remediation, and adoption monitoring across a global environment. Strong ITSM, Office 365, and ServiceNow experience required; degree in IT or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT support, business systems support, or migration project experience.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and enterprise platforms.
• 2+ years using ServiceNow and data reporting tools.
• Knowledge of IT service management principles and processes.
• Experience translating concepts between Japanese and English stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to users transitioning to new enterprise platforms.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one guidance.
• Create and maintain bilingual user docs, FAQs, and knowledge base.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical teams and vendors.
• Monitor adoption and suggest improvements to UX.
• Raise project risks and dependencies in a timely manner.
