Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Japanese; conversational Japanese to communicate with HQ.
• Ability to interpret 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and GD&T (preferred; not required).
• Prior experience in industrial sales within casting, molding, or precision components (preferred; not required).
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic metrology equipment (preferred; not required).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities; grow the customer network via CRM.
• Define project requirements, manufacturing methods, and component specs with customers (online and some in-person visits).
• Interpret CAD models and GD&T to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with Japan HQ and global teams on project scopes.
• Oversee manufacturing across sites to establish first orders, including molds and tooling management.
• Use basic metrology and GD&T to evaluate component quality.
• Support in-house prototyping of metal molding and casting to optimize designs.
• Perform additional duties to support the sales department.
