Job description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding the customer network using CRM tools.
• Communicate with customers about project requirements, manufacturing methods, and component specifications.
• Review 3D CAD models and 2D drawings to understand customer needs and facilitate accurate project proposals.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams (Japan Headquarters and other locations including local resources) to discuss and clarify customer projects.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities with group production locations to establish first orders, including molds and tooling.
• Utilize basic metrology instruments to gain insights into customer component quality, including understanding GD&T.
• Support in-house prototyping processes, includingInvestment CastingandMetal Injection Molding (MIM), to validate and optimize customer projects.
• Perform other duties as needed
