Pay: $20.00/hr

Shift: MON - SUN: 4:00am-10:00am

As a Janitorial Site Supervisor, your responsibilities include:

• Leading a team in a complex, task-oriented janitorial environment.
• Supporting the Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations teams by responding efficiently to escalations.
• Cleansing rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other areas as needed.
• Following the Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Supporting callouts by working or splitting shifts among team members and shift leads to cover daily schedules.
• Providing feedback on ongoing activities and reporting escalations timely to management.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly, positive demeanor; capable of motivating team members and supporting customer requests promptly.
• Must pass KBS background check and drug test.
