Job summary

Tampa Bay Federal is seeking a Lead ITM Agent in Tampa, FL to support the ITM Manager by overseeing the ATM/ITM fleet operations. This role focuses on machine performance, image auditing, cash management support, vendor coordination, and technical troubleshooting to ensure reliable and secure service.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of similar or related experience.
• Previous sales experience in a call center environment preferred.
• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• Certification and 2 years related operations or 4 years operational/call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and audits daily ATM/ITM check images to ensure proper capture and transmission.
• Monitors ATM/ITM uptime and performance via vendor portals and dashboards; tracks trends.
• Coordinates technical troubleshooting and assists with diagnosing hardware and software issues.
• Supports internal departments by researching ATM/ITM outages, errors, disputes, and inquiries.
• Manages Cash-in-Transit processes and adherence to replenishment schedules.
• Coordinates and dispatches technicians for ATM/ITM repairs and maintenance.
• Assists members with teller transactions through ITMs, including deposits and transfers.
• Leads the team through coaching, feedback, development, and recognition.
• Assists with department scheduling and time corrections in ADP E-Access.

Education
