Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college IT or 3+ years related IT experience.
• 3+ years of Windows XP/7 experience.
• Intermediate PC knowledge; hardware/software installation and repair.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications.
• Experience with hand-held devices and AS/400.
• English communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Willing to work varied hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and network support to employees by troubleshooting issues.
• Install new equipment and software; move equipment to warehouse as needed.
• Provide tech support and training to facilities including international sites.
• Assist with servers and LAN operations.
• Support wireless infrastructure and devices; ensure data backups.
• Respond to technical support requests via phone and email.
• Train users on new hardware/software; maintain license inventories.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
