SiteOne Landscape Supply in Ohio seeks a Bilingual Department Manager to serve as the Irrigation expert in the branch, collaborating with customers to meet irrigation needs and drive departmental performance.

You will lead safety and inventory practices, train agronomic staff, and partner with branch leadership to adopt new technologies, supporting other departments and customers as needed. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits with advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the green industry and an understanding of irrigation products
• Excellent customer service and management skills
• Experience with sales and operations planning and forecasting
• Understanding of accounting fundamentals; including debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable and budgets
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies
• For Internal Candidates Only: Line of Business (LOB) Certification Level I or higher, preferred
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent

Position Overview

Our Bilingual Department Managers take the lead as the Irrigation expert in the branch, working closely with customers on any or all needs within the department to ensure excellence.

Skills We Are Seeking
