Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a bilingual Department Manager and agronomics expert to lead branch sales and operations. You will collaborate with customers on agronomic needs, drive forecasting accuracy, and promote a safety-first culture while supporting branch leadership in adopting new technologies.

You will mentor agronomic staff, align with SiteOne DNA, and help advance departmental goals. This role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and operational excellence across the branch.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish desirable.
• Experience in green industry and agronomics preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with sales/operations planning and forecasting.
• Understanding of debits, credits, AR/AP and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with sales and operations planning and forecasting.
• Promote a safety-focused work environment through daily practice.
• Foster a strong safety culture via organization, training and policy execution.
• Manage inventory, target customer mix and sales performance.
• Create a positive team environment aligned with SiteOne DNA.
• Train and develop agronomic staff on product lines and customer needs.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and workflows.
• Support other branch departments and customers as needed.
