Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact effectively with staff, physicians, patients and families; demonstrate tact and cultural sensitivity.
• Coordinate interpreter services to ensure smooth operations and policy adherence.
• Schedule in-person interpreters and video remote interpretation (VRI) for LEP patients.
• Oversee department billing by calculating charges and following up on invoices.
• Assist with Spanish language materials translation and Health Stream Spanish courses.
• Support corporate compliance goals and assist with audits when needed.
