Job summary

WellPower is seeking a Bilingual Intensive Treatment Clinician to deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health services to children, adolescents, and families in Denver. Services are provided in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings across the Denver Metro area.

You will provide individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, safety planning, and care coordination while collaborating with families, schools, medical providers, and community partners to improve

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Licensed as LCSW, LPC or LMFT in Colorado.
• Experience in family therapy and cross-agency collaboration.
• Valid CO driver license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive family therapy and crisis intervention in home and community.
• Coordinate connections to services to minimize out-of-home placement.
• Develop short-term treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Stabilize acute conditions and coordinate with other levels of care.
• On-call duties for own clients and rotating on-call for others.
• Learn and implement Best Practices in in-home family treatment models.
• Coordinate medication needs with medical providers.
• Maintain clinical records per standards.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Perform mental health hold evaluations (27-10).
