Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related human services field.
• Licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT by the State of Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive family therapy and crisis intervention in home and community.
• Coordinate services with schools, medical providers, and community partners.
• Develop short‑term treatment plans; monitor progress and coordinate transitions to other services.
• Stabilize acute conditions and family supports to enable progression to higher levels of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in team meetings.
