Job summary

Denver Children's Home seeks an Intensive In-Home Therapist to deliver family and individual therapy in families’ homes and the community. You will develop plans using trauma-informed approaches and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.

The role requires flexibility, on-call duties, and ongoing documentation while supporting licensure goals for clinicians in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in a mental health field.
• Colorado license or license-eligible status.
• Minimum two years’ experience with children, adolescents, families.
• Familiarity with residential/day-treatment care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and couples’ therapy in home/community settings.
• Design and implement treatment plans with client-centered goals.
• Maintain clinical documentation and reporting per policies.
• Coordinate with families, caseworkers, and treatment team for continuity of care.
• Lead staffings, meetings, and treatment planning sessions.
• Ensure authorizations and complete paperwork for funding sources.
