Job summary

WellPower in Denver seeks a Bilingual Intensive Treatment Clinician to deliver trauma-informed, family-focused behavioral health services to children, adolescents and families in Homebased and STAY SAFE programs. You will provide individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, safety planning, and care coordination in home, school, and clinic settings.

Licensed clinicians (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) with Colorado licensure and bilingual proficiency (Spanish or ASL) are preferred; on-call duties,

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, or related human services field (required).
• Must be licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT by the State of Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive family therapy and crisis intervention in the home and community.
• Develop short-term treatment plans; monitor progress and coordinate transitions to other services.
• Stabilize acute conditions and support environments to enable progression to higher levels of care.
• Manage crises including on-call duties; participate in supervision and team meetings.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists, nurses, and medical resources for medication needs.
