Job summary

Lisinski Law Firm is seeking an Intake Specialist to drive revenue within the Business Development team. You will conduct consultations with prospective clients, assess immigration needs, and guide them through pricing and enrollment decisions with empathy.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication (B2-C1) and a proven track record in quota-driven sales. Expect a collaborative environment, CRM usage, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of quota-carrying consultative sales experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (B2-C1) required.
• Experience in legal intake or immigration services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients, assess their immigration situation, and close the engagement with confidence and empathy.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets including lead-to-client conversion rate, down payment collected, case value, and speed-to-sign.
• Navigate pricing concerns and resistance with the firm's selling framework; involve a manager for approved exceptions only.
• Learn and stay current on all case types offered by the firm based on attorney guidelines and training.
• Follow up relentlessly with all open leads by phone, text, or email to move prospects toward a decision.
• Walk clients through case pricing and payment options, obtaining manager approval for non-standard plans.
• Manage the consultation-to-conversion workflow: conduct consultation, confirm eligibility, review pricing, collect down payment, schedule sign-up, send contract.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM (Litify/Salesforce) and telephony platform (Amazon Connect).
• Participate in weekly legal and sales training to deepen knowledge.
• Represent the firm with dignity, access, and empowerment in every interaction.
