Job summary

The Lisinski Law Firm is seeking an Intake Specialist to drive revenue as part of the Business Development team. You will conduct consultations, assess immigration needs, and guide prospects toward signing the firm’s services with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include meeting KPI targets, handling pricing discussions, and maintaining accurate CRM records in Litify/Salesforce with Amazon Connect, all within a Monday through Friday schedule that reflects the firm’s commitment to

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of quota-carrying consultative sales experience, in person or over the phone.
Experience in legal intake, immigration services, financial services, or professional services sales preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients and assess immigration needs.
Meet or exceed KPI targets (lead-to-client, down payment, case value, speed-to-sign).
Navigate pricing concerns with the firm’s framework and obtain approvals for exceptions when needed.
Maintain CRM records and participate in ongoing training and development.
