You will conduct consultations, assess eligibility, and guide prospects through the sign-up process while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with attorneys for guidance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years in consultative sales with quota.
• Prior experience in legal intake, immigration services, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients, assess immigration needs, and guide to the right case type.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets like lead-to-client conversion and case value.
• Navigate pricing discussions with empathy and obtain approvals for exceptions.
• Stay current on all case types and firm pricing frameworks.
• Follow up consistently with open leads to move toward engagement.
• Manage consultation-to-conversion workflow and document in CRM.
