Responsibilities

• Transferring qualified leads to the appropriate department—in this case, the sales team
• Qualifying the lead based on internal firm criteria
• Gathering and entering all relevant lead information into the CRM
• Handling approximately 30 incoming calls per day
• Following up on potential leads from day before
• Adding all contacts to the CRM
• Setting up appointments for the sales team
