Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga is seeking an Intake Specialist in a full-time, in-office role in Florida. You will be the initial contact for potential clients, gather and distribute information, and support attorneys and staff. Strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities include handling calls, data entry, appointment setting, and collaboration with doctors and field representatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and answer calls on a daily basis.
• Answer questions/concerns from clients regarding their claim.
• Process new client files for PI/First Party.
• Data entry of cases into case management systems (SmartAdvocate).
• Verify all information with the client (Insurance/Demographics/facts of loss).
• Assist in setting up a meeting with field reps/attorneys.
• Notify attorneys/case managers of file assignments and time-sensitive tasks.
• Follow up with pending leads until clients are retained by the firm.
• Communicate with doctor offices and assist clients in setting up initial appointments.
