Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington seeks a Bilingual Intake Specialist to serve as initial contact for the Navigator Program. You will perform trauma-informed intake, assess needs, coordinate referrals, and maintain robust case records to support service delivery.

Expect collaboration with internal programs and external partners, with hybrid work options and a strong emphasis on community support and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of experience serving vulnerable populations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake line and referrals for the Navigator program.
• Conduct initial client assessments and triage using screening tools.
• Coordinate referrals to internal programs and community resources.
• Maintain accurate client records in CaseWorthy and ensure privacy compliance.
• Provide eligibility information and guidance to clients and partners.
• Assist with outreach and CQI efforts.
