Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, case management, or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the public with completing program applications.
• Perform income qualification and eligibility determinations.
• Conduct duplication of benefits calculations.
• Complete and support environmental reviews.
• Maintain accurate and organized applicant files.
• Respond to applicant questions and concerns.
• Coordinate with construction specialists and internal staff.
• Participate in home visits and community outreach events as needed.
