Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing clients to introduce the Life Insurance Team.
• Communicate clearly, build rapport, and explain the purpose of the outreach.
• Identify interest and schedule appointments or gather lead details for licensed agents.
• Answer basic life insurance questions and redirect complex ones as needed.
• Record call notes and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
• Meet daily/weekly call, appointment, and lead-generation goals.
• Work with the Life Insurance Team to improve outreach results.
