Responsibilities

• Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention and satisfaction with follow-up appointments
• With your keen attention to detail, you’ll be assisting clients with policy changes, updating client information, and scheduling appointments
• Use your savvy skills to cross-selling and rounding out client accounts
• Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in educating and advising clients on their policies

Requirements
