Job summary

Kemper Corporation in McAllen, TX is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service professional to assist clients with questions and changes to their insurance policies. You will review policy details, determine risk against guidelines, and deliver superior service.

Training lasts 6 to 8 weeks, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm CST, with rotating Saturdays. Office-based role requiring interaction with insureds, agents, and lien holders.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English with strong communication skills.
• 6 months customer service experience required; call center and/or insurance experience preferred.
• Must work in McAllen, TX office location.

Responsibilities

• Review policy information to determine if risk meets underwriting guidelines.
• Serve as primary contact for insureds, agents, and lien holders for policy inquiries.
• Provide superior customer service and offer solutions within company guidelines.
• Attend office-based training or meetings as needed.
