Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months customer service experience required; call center or insurance experience preferred.
• Fluent Spanish/English communication preferred.
• Must work in McAllen, TX office.

Responsibilities

• Review policy information to determine if the risk meets underwriting guidelines and processes.
• Serves as the primary contact point for insureds, agents, and lien holders for policy related inquiries.
• Provides Superior Customer Service and offers solutions and/or options within Company guidelines.
• You may be asked to periodically attend office-based training or meetings as needed.
