Confie is seeking a bilingual Insurance Sales Trainee / Sales Representative in Sylacauga, AL to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will engage in relationship building, meet sales targets, and participate in ongoing training in a fast-growing agency family.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonuses, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities. On-site position with a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet or exceed goals.
• Build relationships to expand business and increase production.
• Accurate handling of currency transactions and deposits in agency system.
