Confie and its family of companies, including Freeway Insurance, USAgencies and Acceptance Insurance, are growing and seeking a on-site Bilingual Insurance Sales Trainee in Decatur, AL. As an Insurance Agent, you will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, with a base pay of $13+ per hour plus uncapped commissions and renewal commissions.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet goals.
• Expand relationships with existing customers to reach production targets.
• Accurately document transactions and deposits in the agency system.
