Confie Insurance in Montgomery, AL is seeking an Insurance Agent for an on-site sales role focused on nonstandard auto insurance. The position offers a base pay of $13+ per hour with uncapped commissions and renewal opportunities.

You will build relationships with new and existing customers, hit production goals, and participate in ongoing training and mentorship. A HS diploma is required, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and a license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Ability to build relationships and follow-up with clients.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business to meet sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits with scanned docs.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
