Confie is hiring for an Insurance Agent in Birmingham, AL. This on-site role focuses on selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and renewal bonuses. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, sales or customer service experience, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Licenses are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet production goals.
• Build relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits to the bank.
