Confie is expanding its Insurance Sales team in Montgomery, AL, seeking a Bilingual Insurance Sales Trainee / Sales Representative. The role focuses on selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, with a base hourly pay of $13+ and uncapped commissions plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required or preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate handling of currency transactions and timely deposits with documentation in the agency system.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
