This full-time, in-office role splits 50% customer service and 50% sales, with opportunities to work across Auto, Home, Renters, Life and other insurance products.

You'll assist customers with billing and policy changes, conduct reviews, identify protection gaps, quote and close policies, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

• Confident discussing insurance options and asking for the sale.

Responsibilities

• Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers with billing, policy changes, renewals, and coverage questions.
• Conduct policy reviews, resolve concerns, and follow up promptly.
• Build lasting relationships through attentive, reliable service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support retention goals.
• Quote, explain, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
• Identify protection gaps and recommend coverage based on customer needs.
• Generate business through leads, referrals, outbound outreach, and follow-up.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and help households understand their coverage options.
• Manage sales opportunities and contribute to agency production goals.
