• Identify opportunities to discuss and offer additional insurance products.
• Transition conversations from service needs to sales opportunities.
• Assist with basic claims-related questions and guide customers through initial claims process.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, policy updates, payments, and service requests.
• Provide professional customer service in both English and Spanish.
