Job summary

Kyle MacVicar Allstate Agency in Kent, WA is seeking a bilingual Insurance Sales & Service Representative, fluent in Spanish and English, to join our team.

You will work with our existing customers, help with coverage reviews, cross-sell where appropriate, and earn commissions with a base salary. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, PTO, health/dental/vision, retirement plan, and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to train to obtain P&C license before starting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance questions, policy changes, and coverage reviews.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend additional insurance products.
• Build relationships with existing customers.
• Handle inbound calls and assist walk-in customers.
• Meet individual sales and service goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in both Spanish and English.

NO COLD CALLING! You'll work primarily with our existing customers, helping them with their insurance needs while identifying opportunities to recommend additional coverage and earn commissions.

• Comfortable recommending products, discussing coverage, and closing sales
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
• Willing and able to work full-time in our Kent, WA office
• Licensing & Experience
• Washington Property & Casualty Insurance License Required
• Insurance sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Willing to train motivated candidates who can obtain their P&C license before starting employment
