The Kyle MacVicar Allstate Agency in Kent, WA is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Bilingual Inside Sales Producer. This full-time, in-office role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, clear performance expectations, and long-term career growth.

You will be the first contact for clients, providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities to grow the business. No cold calling, with commission-driven earnings potential for top performers.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Self-starter who can problem solve independently.
• Comfortable discussing coverage and making recommendations.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Must be willing to work full-time in-office (Kent, WA).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients by phone and in person.
• Deliver exceptional service and identify opportunities to grow the business.
• Sell to current clients; no cold calling.
• Provide world-class customer service to clients and prospects.
• Answer inbound calls and greet walk-in customers professionally.
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have proper coverage.
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional products/services.
• Generate new sales by cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities.
